Occupational Health and Safety Management System hereinafter referred to as the K3 management system is part of the overall management system which includes the organizational structure, planning, responsibilities, implementation, procedures, processes and resources needed for the development, implementation, achievement, review and maintenance of occupational health and safety policies in the framework of risk control related to work activities in order to create a safe, efficient and productive workplace.
PT. Laman Mining carries out K3 management system through Regular safety meetings, K3 training & induction, K3 inspections and conducts periodic evaluations.
Environmental Protection
Environment plays an important role in healthy living and sustainable ecosystem. In carrying out its activities, PT. Laman Mining always considers its impact on the environment both in the short and long term. PT. Laman Mining has been conducting reclamation activities on post-mining areas to rehabilitate the land so that the mining area will remain green.
